In recent years, the management of professional development activities for teachers in public preschools in Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City, has received attention and has been actively implemented. Despite the achievements, there are still some limitations and shortcomings. This article surveys, analyzes, and evaluates the current state of managing professional development activities for teachers in public preschools in Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City, and proposes management measures to improve these activities. By combining the surveyed conditions with appropriate management measures, it is expected to enhance the effectiveness of managing professional development activities for teachers in public preschools in Hoc Mon District, thereby improving the quality of teacher development in the area.
