Educational institutions have been and are increasingly adopting digital technology to transform traditional learning systems into modern, digitized systems through the integration of various technologies such as computer devices, the Internet, and information and communication technology. This shift has raised the need to enhance the digital competencies of the workforce. Students at National Academy of Public Administration, particularly those at Department of Archives and Office Administration, will primarily work with documents, data, and administrative tasks. The transition from traditional paper systems to digital systems requires them to be proficient in using digital tools, managing information effectively, and ensuring data security.
