Volleyball appeared in our country in 1922, when the country had not yet gained independence and the economy was still backward. To this day, volleyball has grown across the country. Volleyball training not only improves sports achievements, but through which practitioners will train themselves valuable qualities such as: Perseverance, independence, creativity, and solidarity. In volleyball, low-handed passing is considered a basic technique in defense to facilitate coordination with passing two attacking organizations to break the opponent’s defensive tactics.
