For trainee lawyers, improving their qualifications and professional skills helps them, after completing their trainee period, become lawyers who best protect the legal rights and interests of their clients and are competitive. Competition in the legal society often changes, and at the same time shows their dedication and prestige. Among the paths to developing professional capacity for trainee lawyers, the path based on the professional community is the most effective path. This study aims to discover the current status of professional capacity development for trainee lawyers based on the professional community.
