In recent years, the care and protection of the legal and legitimate rights and interests of interest groups and workers in educational institutions has always been of concern to trade unions at all levels with many meaningful programs and activities, meaningful, practical. Thereby, the trade unions promoting well the role and function of practical activities, truly being the nucleus to mobilize, gather, and take care of protecting the rights and obligations of union members and workers, contributing to building the Agencies and units are comprehensively strong and successfully complete all assigned tasks. This is the main function and a measure to evaluate the performance of the union. In the article, the author proposes a number of measures to enhance the role of trade unions in protecting the legal rights and interests of workers in today’s educational institutions.
