Reading comprehension is an advanced form of reading activity. Reading comprehension plays a very important role in every individual’s life. In reality, in primary schools today, teaching reading comprehension in reading lessons for students is still limited. Reading students do not meet the requirements of forming reading skills. Through the content of teaching reading comprehension in grade 3 and the active teaching techniques that we have proposed: reading comprehension through the 5W1H technique, reading comprehension through the SQ3R technique, reading comprehension through the KWL technique to develop Developing students’ reading comprehension ability, providing students with practical application situations in everyday life.
