Chinese contains rich cultural information and is an important factor affecting learners’ acquisition of Chinese. The issue of teaching strategies suitable for promoting Chinese culture in cultural teaching has always been of interest and research to the industry. Chinese language teaching needs to make worthy contributions in the new era, and the proposal of cultural teaching is an inevitable trend in the process of developing Chinese language teaching in Vietnam. This article focuses on Tet culture. China as an example for analysis and recommendations on incorporating Chinese culture in Chinese language teaching. Hopefully this article will bring some inspiration for teaching Chinese in Vietnam, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning Chinese.
