National defense and security education is a part of the national education system, a fundamental content in building the all-people national defense and people’s security. The education quality depends on many factors, including teachers’ quality. Therefore, in order to improve the education quality, regular training to improve the quality of teachers is required. The article proposes solutions to build a team of defense and security education teachers to meet the education and training requirements of universities in the current situation.
