Decision No. 1270/QD-SGDĐT dated May 24, 2022, by the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, on the implementation plan for enhancing the application of Information Technology and Digital Transformation in the education sector of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2022-2025 period, with a vision towards 2030, identifies technological development as a driving force for innovation in teaching and learning. This aims to improve the quality and accessibility of education and the effectiveness of educational management, and to build an adaptive, open education system on a digital platform. The paper presents research findings on this issue at Truong Thanh Secondary School, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
