The nature of the credit-based training method is to promote students’ initiative in the learning process. The new general education program requires pedagogical students to immediately approach and perform teaching tasks in high schools after graduation. Therefore, self study is a factor of special importance and determines the learning, research and training results of students. Innovating teaching methods in the direction of promoting students’ self study capacity is a necessary solution in teacher training institutions, including Vinh Phuc College.
