Educating students on behavioral culture aims to create a positive learning environment and promote the holistic development of students. At the same time, it helps enhance awareness and understanding of the important role of culture in the learning process and personal development of students. The article discusses the awareness of management staff regarding the necessity of managing the educational activities related to behavioral culture for students, including planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and the factors affecting the management of these educational activities.
