The labor policy of teachers in general education institutions is a system of regulations and measures to manage, support, and develop their careers. This policy aims to ensure the sustainable development of educational human resources, improve teaching quality and create good working conditions for teachers. However, the implementation process at many educational institutions still faces difficulties and inadequacies including labor norms, environment, working regime, physical and mental health of teachers... The article analyzes and evaluates the results of implementing professional labor policies for teachers in general education establishments.
