The article is the result of a study on the current status of management of vocational practice activities in the Faculty of Refrigeration, College of Technology II. The study identifies strengths and limitations, causes of the current situation, assesses factors affecting management effectiveness. The main findings show that although infrastructure and the quality of teaching staff significantly impact training quality, there are still challenges in setting clear goals and updating teaching methods to reflect actual needs. The research results are a practical basis for proposing measures to manage vocational practice activities in the Faculty of Refrigeration, College of Technology II, contributing to improving the quality of vocational education training in the current context.
