The paper presents a study on the design anh fabrication of a Water Chiller air-conditioning system, using a cold storage tank for vocational training at vocational school and colleges vocational. Glycol solution (23%) is used as the heat transfer in cold storage tank. The temperature of cold storage tank is -7 ÷ -90C. The system is program using PLC combined with IoT to control, monitor and handle incidents in real time. The model is design to suit vocational training, helping learners improve their knowledge and skills to meet social needs.
