Teaching capacity is a specialized type of a lecturer's capacity that is formed and developed from practical teaching activities. Research results show that the teaching capacity of lecturers at the Military Engineering Officer School is at a good level. However, there is no uniformity between all aspects of the teaching process and depends on many different variables. The research results will create a scientific basis to identify solutions to improve teaching capacity effectively and sustainably.
