Cadets of military academies and officer schools are a very important source of successor cadres whose personalities need to be built and developed in order to prepare for human resources in the current career of building the Army. In which, the personality of the cadets is a unified whole between virtue and talent, between qualities and abilities, reflecting the social values of the cadets according to the training goals and requirements to become squad-level officers. However, compared to the requirements of reality, the improvement in construction still has limitations. Therefore, more than ever, the subjects in the cadets must have a correct perception, rely firmly on the traditional culture of the nation to eliminate risks and obstacles, create strong and sustainable motivation, promote the process of building the personality of the cadets in the current.
