The study investigates the integration of general endurance exercises into physical education (PE) lesson plans for 11th-grade students at Trần Cao Vân High School, Bình Định. The research was conducted on 50 students, divided into two groups: the experimental group (25 students) and the control group (25 students). Each lesson plan lasts 45 minutes, with the main exercise phase occupying 75% of the time. The experimental group performs endurance exercises during the main phase, while the control group follows the original lesson plan. Data collection was done through fitness tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
