IMPROVING STUDENTS’ PRESENTATION DELIVERY IN PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PBL): A STUDENTS’ PERSPECTIVE

Effectively presenting project work is an important component in PBL. It shapes students’
participation, understanding, and communication skills. Using a qualitative approach, this research
explored major factors that influenced students’ presentation delivery, identified their challenges and
proposed solutions to improve the situation. Thematic analysis was employed and the findings revealed
five main themes detailing students’ perspectives on an effective presentation, which are content clarity,
audience engagement, presentation tools, techniques, and challenges students faced in presentations.
This research contributes to the discussion of PBL implementation to prepare students with necessary
communication skills to be effective in their study and in their future careers.
