ABSTRACT
In the development process of the school, in order to improve the quality of training and professional
work, it is necessary to improve the capacity of the teaching staff. Measures to manage pedagogical training
activities for lecturers at Vietnam Aviation Academy to meet the requirements of comprehensive educational
reform, have a dialectical relationship, are closely linked with each other. Supplements have a reciprocal
relationship, interact with each other, creating strength in the management of pedagogical training activities
for teachers.
