Abstract: Teaching materials play an important role in teaching and learning. This is not a new issue, but it is always a top concern in education and training at any time. Whether the quality and effectivenessof learning bring good results or not depends greatly on the source of the material. That is why countries around the world are always interested in improving textbooks regularly to match the development in the new period. In Vietnam, the Ministry of Education and Training also regularly reformes textbooks to match the curriculum. The document provides the necessary resources for teachers to plan and provide effective instruction and for learners to learn. When used effectively, instructional materials can help
improve student achievement.
