Abstract
Micro-teaching focuses on a definite goal of training to master the component skills of pedagogical competence. Micro-teaching is considered a very effective learner-centered training method in the initial training of students in pedagogy in general and in Fine Arts Pedagogy (SPMT) in particular. Within the scope of this article, the author mentions the training and development of vocational competence for SPMT students through micro-teaching towards a competency approach to meet the goal of renovating art education in high schools. information today.
