The article contributes to clarifying the qualities that need to be formed and developed for secondary school students in general and the Civic Education in secondary school in the 2018 General Education Program in particular. Thereby, the author proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of the organization in the coming time.
