Based on the theoretical basis of Blended learning management, the paper surveys and evaluates the current situation of teaching and learning activities according to the Blended learning method at Saigon University. The results show that, to meet the educational requirements in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Saigon University has implemented teaching and learning activities according to the Blended learning method. However, besides the encouraging results achieved, the school still faces difficulties and shortcomings that need to be solved. The results of evaluating the current situation are the basis for the school to build measures to improve the effectiveness of activities in the coming period
