University-educated human resources play an important role in promoting digital transformation in society. Therefore, ensuring the quality of this team is a necessary condition for the success of that project. More than anyone else, universities in our country need to objectively and comprehensively recognize the challenges, opportunities, as well as the requirements of the new era for future human resources, to have training policies, reasonable training.
