Motivation to learn and practice is the internal motivation that motivates students to actively strive to overcome all difficulties to achieve their goals in learning and training according to the school’s training goals and requirements. Therefore, the right motivation to learn and practice plays a very important role, influencing the entire learning and training process of students. Building the right learning and training motivation for students is the responsibility of the educational forces at the school, in which the management staff plays a very important role. The study focuses on proposing some basic solutions to promote the role of management staff in building the right motivation for students at military officer schools.
