Applying IT in preschool education has helped teachers and learners have positive results. Teachers should promote the application of IT so that the quality of child care and education in preschool is constantly improved. This article presents measures to apply information technology to make videos to create excitement for children aged 3-4 studying at Huong Son preschool.
