Through the research process, on the basis of theory and practice, the topic has built training content for students of HPU2 Swimming Club Xuan Hoa-Phuc Yen-Vinh Phuc according to the following parts: content structure , distribution of time, methods of implementation, teaching methods, conditions to ensure the implementation and discussion to seek opinions, evaluation and approval of experts. After the experimental process to verify the effectiveness of the project, positive results were obtained, practical effects, contributing to the development of swimming movement activities in the locality.
