Education is the foundation of sustainable development, determining the future of the nation and the country; Investing in education is investing in the future. Education is both the driving force and the goal of social development. Since the country gained independence until now, the Party and Uncle Ho have paid special attention and care to the development of education, considering it a top national policy and a key driving force for the country's development. In recent years, especially after nearly 40 years of innovation, under the leadership of the Party and State, along with the efforts of the entire political system and the entire society, up to now, our country's education system has had remarkable achievements. Positive changes in improving people's knowledge, training human resources and fostering talents for the country. The article presents education and training as the top national policies, which is the consistent viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
