In the current period, innovating education and training in general, innovating the teaching of political theory subjects in universities and colleges in particular, to meet the current comprehensive educational innovation requirements is an urgent practical issue. The article contributes to clarifying some issues raised in teaching those subjects at universities in Thai Nguyen University. From there, we propose a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching these subjects in the future.
