Students’ final year internship in general, and for students of each faculty, industry or branch such as students in education or others, especially the English language students in reality, are mostly arranged when they are seniors in year four, semester eight. As usual, there are regulations popularized to students to self find or contact enterprises, companies and public government organizations for an internship position there, or the department on behalf of the faculty or the university to contact to the well-related units for students do their internship. Because of the well-established relationship, the university and these units are considered having close-knit rapport. However, both counterparts have the student interns as customers, so to keep long lasting network, win-win collaboration is the most significant prerequisite.
