In current reality, businesses in Lao Cai province only practice traditional accounting and acknowledge some environmental costs in general costs. This leads to a lack of information to make environmental management decisions. The article presents some basic content about environmental cost accounting, and then proposes some solutions to improve the training program in teaching students at Lao Cai College.
