Learners’ self-study skills play a very important role in the quality of education and training. The reality of students’ self-study activities at universities shows that, besides the positive results achieved, the quality of students’ self-study still has some limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to have solutions to improve students’ self-study skills, turning the training process into a self-training process.
