The article presents research on building an Chatbot tool to guide administrative procedures in Science & Technology that can communicate and answer users’ questions about administrative procedures in Science & Technology. Chatbot built with the Python language installer and capable of accurately and quickly answering questions about Science & Technology administrative procedures. Chatbots can be widely applied on platforms such as applications, websites and can be applied in other fields such as finance, law, services, etc., reaching.
