Abstract: Leadership activities play an important and indispensable role in the management activities of managers at all levels, of which the institutional level is not an exception. The article clarifies the content and basic elements in the leadership activities of institutional managers at universities. Institutional managers at universities need to clearly understand the content and basic elements of leadership in management activities to help their units operate, develop effectively and achieve prestige and success.
