In order to have lectures on specialized subjects that attract learners, university teachers need to build lesson plans. This requires teachers to be very meticulous in preparing for each lesson in their specialized subjects. The appli-cation of information technology in preparing digital lesson is consistent with the inevitable development trend of applying IT in education and training today. This article presents the application of IT in teaching specialized subjects at People's Police Academy.
