In this paper, we propose a solution to develop software for the purpose of managing and providing information about the graduation students at Phu Yen University. This software will serve as an essential tool for looking up graduation certificates. It will greatly benefit various units, organizations, and employers by easily verifying the authenticity of degrees awarded by the university, ultimately enhancing the quality and reputation of degrees from Phu Yen University.
