In this article, I collected the linguistis term of syntax in Korean and Vietnamese with about 200 terms from “Từ điển đối chiếu thuật ngữ ngôn ngữ học Việt – Anh – Hàn, Hàn – Việt – Anh, Anh – Hàn – Việt” by Nguyen Thien Giap and Hoang Thi Yen. Then, I examined some aspects about origin of these linguistics terms in two language in this field so that learners can be aware of the same and differences in case of these terms between two languages. Even the samples were so little that this article could not make a specific conclusion about linguistics terms between two languages but the results are hoped to contribute a deal to teaching, learning Korean and this would be a starting point to a deep research with more aspects.
