To improve the quality of education and training in general, the quality of education and training in the military environment in particular requires the combined impact of many factors. In which, fostering learning methods for learners plays a very important role. Adaptability in learning methods is the change in learning methods suitable to the nature and characteristics of teaching and learning activities at school. The military university environment has its own characteristics compared to other schools, requiring each soldier to undergo changes in their own perceptions and actions to adapt to the school’s teaching and learning methods.
