Managing career guidance experience activities to develop student competences is important, contributing significantly to improving the quality of vocational activities at high school educational institutions and at district-level Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers. This article presents measures to manage experiential and career guidance activities to develop student competences at Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province.
