Professional internship is a career experience activity. The professional qualities and competencies of learners can only be formed and trained through practical activities and professional experiences. Therefore, educating students on professional values through professional internships is a path with great advantages in the training process. Factors affecting professional value education for students in general and preschool education students in particular include: teaching staff and students; educational programs and ways of organizing education; facilities, teaching and learning facilities; quality of preschool education facilities accepting students to participate in professional internships. Identifying these factors, educators can proactively create favorable and limiting factors, improve unfavorable factors, contributing to improving the effectiveness of professional value education for students.
