Today, the rapid development of information technology and communication (IT&C) is exerting a significant impact on almost every aspect of social life. The application of IT&C has brought about substantial changes in education, ranging from content, methods to the organization of teaching at all levels of schooling. Besides traditional lectures, educational institutions should encourage teaching staff to develop electronic lectures and utilize and apply internet-based communication services such as storage, sharing, email, web, blogs, etc., in their teaching activities.
