Innovating teaching methods as well as changing the way of seminar in the professional groups in primary schools is essential to meet the demand of new general education curriculum. In this article, we present the form of professional seminars according to lesson study in Tan Chau town. Following that, managers will influence teachers to improve their professional capacity, help students learn in a real way, bring high efficiency for school hours.
