Banks encounter difficulties in the implementation of Land law

Abstract

It can be seen that the 2024 Land Law has institutionalized many new policies and guidelines of the Party and the State; including breakthrough regulations based on the summary and assessment of practical practices from the people and society, thereby creating momentum for the country's socio-economic development. The 2024 Land Law also have a direct impact on banking activities, facilitating more transparent, sound, safe and effective operation of the banking system. However, there are still some difficulties and obstacles for the banking system. The article points out some difficulties and hinderances of commercial banks, and at the same time proposes several recommendations for commercial banks and competent authorities.
