Abstract
The article aims to identify young talents in general and young talents in culture and art in particular, thereby positioning young talents in the field of culture and art. The author has proposed solutions to exploit the potential of young talents in creating and developing culture and art. The article was presented at the Conference “Young talent - A creative resource for cultural and artistic development” organized by the Culture and Arts Magazine in November 2024.
