Abstract
This research investigates the differences in the satisfaction levels of tourists at Vietnam’s international airports based on demographic factors such as age, gender, and trip purpose. Employing a qualitative research method through in-depth interviews, the study explores customer experiences and perceptions regarding various aspects of airline services. The findings from this research will provide valuable insights for airport managers, airlines, and related entities to improve service quality, personalize customer experiences, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
