This article examines Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary method for cadre work in the cause ofnational liberation and construction. This method involves evaluating and utilizing cadres with an objectiveand comprehensive perspective, understanding their true nature, strengths, and weaknesses. The aim is toboth leverage their forte and minimize their weaknesses, bringing the highest benefits to the common cause,while simultaneously identifying capable individuals and removing those lacking knowledge, skills, or poor qualities from the government apparatus. This revolutionary method in cadre work is essential and timelyfor the current revolution of streamlining our Party and State apparatus.
