Abstract

The article assesses the current status of preserving the world cultural heritage values of the Yen Tu, Vinh Nghiem, Con Son - Kiep Bac relics and scenic spots Complex in 3 provinces (Quang Ninh province, Bac Ninh province and Hai Phong city) recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage. The author has compiled, compiled and analyzed tourism resources, facilities, tourism products and services, visiting costs, accessibility and image of the heritage. Thereby, proposing a number of strategic solutions to strengthen the management linkage and cooperation between the three localities to diversify tourism products and services, reduce seasonality and increase the experience for tourists, professionalize human resources through systematic training, and promote the application of digital technology in promotion and communication to maximize the development potential of the world cultural heritage complex to become an attractive tourist destination in the direction of preserving intact cultural and historical values in a sustainable manner.
