Existing issues and proposed solutions for implementation of legal documents on social housing

Abstract

In recent years, with the aim of supportting low-income earners to access safe and stable accommodation, the Goverment has paid much attention to develop the mechanisms and policies for social housing. Up to now, many legal documents on housing have been issued. These policies have gradually supported civils to improve their houses as well as their material and spiritual life. However, these legal documents, when put into practice, encountered many difficulties and inadequacies. This article presents the inadequacies and solutions to overcome this reality.
