Vữa phủ chống cháy siêu nhẹ cho kết cấu thép
Abstract
In the field of fire safety, each material must be considered and evaluated for its fire hazard, which is a set of technical characteristics of fire such as: flammability, spread of fire on the surface, heat generation level when burning, ability to create smoke and volatile toxins, ... To assess the fire hazard level of a material or a combination of materials, it is necessary to base on their test results of fire behavior. A material has the above stated properties with a specified extent (depending on the classification system of each country or region), can be considered as flame retardant material. The research product is a super lightweight flame retardant mortar, a lightweight, flame retardant, insulation material with none generating smoke and toxins during the testing time. The test results showed that with a mortar thickness of 30 mm, the fire resistance was more than 180 minutes, ensuring the protection of steelwork and people in case of a fire.
