Các giải pháp áp dụng trong công trình công nghiệp xanh tại Nam Bộ

Abstract

Currently, green buildings (CTX) are the development trend of world architecture, including Vietnam. Besides, civil works such as schools, offices or apartments, industrial works are also applying this trend very strongly. The goal of green buildings is to minimize environmental pollution, thereby contributing to improving the quality of life for people. Our country is in the period of industrialization and modernization, the promotion of industrial development is a necessary direction. This article is an overview of green buildings in Vietnam, at the same time systematizes some evaluation criteria for green buildings and finally analyzes applicable solutions to achieve industrial building certification. A typical example is the steel factory ATAD Viet Nam in Dong Nai, the Southern Viet Nam.
